– **Client:** Any individual or business entity that books or uses the services of Diamond Lane.
– **Services:** Includes city-to-city rides, airport transfers, chauffeur service, port transfers, and transportation for events and special occasions.
### Booking and Payment
1. **Booking:** All bookings must be made through our website, via email at Clientservice@diamondlane.co.uk, or by phone at 020 3802 4473 or +44 7494 515483.
2. **Confirmation:** Bookings are confirmed via email once the necessary details and payment have been received.
3. **Payment:** Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments.
4. **Pricing:** Prices are based on the service and duration. Any additional charges, such as waiting time or additional stops, will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
### Cancellations and Refunds
1. **Cancellation by Client:** Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. **Cancellation by Company:** Diamond Lane reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement will be made.
3. **Refunds:** Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.
### Service Use
1. **Conduct:** Clients are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and follow the chauffeur’s instructions during the service. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe may result in the termination of the service without a refund.
2. **Damage:** Clients will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their party during the service.
3. **Personal Belongings:** Diamond Lane is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
### Limitation of Liability
1. **Service Disruptions:** While we strive to provide reliable services, Diamond Lane is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, and vehicle breakdowns.
2. **Losses:** Diamond Lane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.
### Privacy and Data Protection
Diamond Lane is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
